What you will learn

Learn SketchUp quickly by taking one our SketchUp classes in San Francisco.

SketchUp is a free 3d modeling and rendering software. It allows you to create 3d geometry quickly and easily. SketchUp make is free to download here

SketchUp is easy to use, but without the right guidance, users often struggle using it.

With our small group SketchUp classes, learning SketchUp is fun and easy. Starting with the basics, this course will cover the navigation tools in details, allowing students to move around the software with confidence. The course will then go over the drawing tools, showing students how to model 3D geometry easily and accurately.

Once the basics are clear, the course will go over the more advanced tools like Layers, Components, Groups, and Materials.

And finally, students will learn about importing and exporting from AutoCAD and 3ds MAX, and sharing their work on the 3D Warehouse.

A lot of tricks and techniques will be uncovered during this course giving the students an edge over self-taught SketchUp users.
